Wild mage and contingency

If you cast conteingency/spell squencer etc. spells with Nahal's they always working. It's not a bad thing there is never a wild surge with identify either but I wonder if there is a possibility of wild surge when contingency activated. I guess wild surge can happen if you cast "spell squenced" spells. (dont't remember) And if I am correct you can get wild surge with bhaal powers too. (maybe not with slayer transform I don't know either) But I never seen a wild surge when a contingency activated.
