The Mayor of Nashkell after clearing the mines - any ideas?

He's at the crossroads in front of the church of Helm, he's just wearing clothes that are almost the same colour as the road. (Took me ages to see him, too.)

Are you sure? Scout the foad in nashkel infront of the church. Bring only 1 party member, will be easier to see him this way

Positive - I've been up and down for past 20 minutes and walked around Nashkell twice. Is there a way I can force a respawn?
