Dorn Weirdness ("Shipwreck")
Ok a few weird thing i noticed with Dorn. First time they talked about Not trusting partymembersa. There is the option to ask "Which party member Do you suspect" He repliessomething like Will now that you mention it... and then with no other npcs in the party it just said Reply missing link or something like that as reply option.
Second weirdness. Talking to Dorn about Barrow He says Perhaps it's time to tell more of the story. My character says she appreciates it. Dorn says: "Shipwreck"

After that the conversation seem to go allong normal lines.
Lastly this happened to my friend. We are going to the Nashkel mines We get the encounter with the bandits and dorn all goes as it should and then combat starts and then Down just runs away and leaves the area in the middle of the battle. Making it Impossible in his game to recruit him. The same happens on a reload.

I imagine something like this:
After some time I realiezed that he has never fallen in battle and always survived at 1 hp.
It seemed quite weird, so I tested if I could kill him. To my surprise he stays immortal at one hp and is immune to some spells (like hold person).
I don't know how to fix this so I kicked this bugged Dorn out of party, but got him in parallel game and he can die just as he should :P
As for the conversation where all you get is 'Shipwreck' and then dialogue options? Yes, I got that as well. I figured the dialogue script was borked and the team needed to fix it, or that somehow his dialogue got erased by accident. On the plus side, you get dialogue choices to respond with and everything seems to progress just fine with the conversation (and future conversations still happen like normal for me), so there is that, at least.
There's another weirdness about Dorn. My char is a blackguard too. I would expect in their discussions to exchange notes on mayhem and blood orgies but instead my char sounds like a total noob fanboy "wow what are these cool powers you have, you gotta tell me more about them!!!"
When you click on Dorn and or Neera amulet or ring slots, you don't happen to get a "this item cannot be removed" message do you? Despite the slot seemingly being empty.
Then move the whole to fixed.
Do you have Neera in your party?
Me:
1. On my way to Friendly Arm Inn - talked to Dorn, took Khalid, Jaheira, did some quests and etc.
2. Went directly to Beregost. Recruited Neera, then kicked her out (In Beregost).
3. Went to Friendly Arm Inn - for the Spider quest with the Gnome on 3rd floor.
4. On the 1st floor - a strange thing - Neera forced a dialog with me :-\
5. Then went to Nashkel mines - same situation. Dorn runs away from the battle and Dorotea and Sedjak stuck in the south point of the map.
BUT!!!
If I don't kick out Neera in Beregost (2.) - everything will be OK and Dorn will be recruitable in his encounter.
