My mistake not a bug, the bonus didn't show up at character creation, but its there ingame.

They are however bugged, as they're gaining an automatic 5 set traps every level. There's literally no reason to put points in it, especially as a dwarf, since by lvl 10, it's 100 without ever touching it.

And they also can't throw their special traps. Bounty Hunter traps are supposed to be throwable.
