Thank you, BG:EE Developers and Community for Helping Me to Get the Game to Run (Intel GPU, etc.)!

Hello, everybody,
Obviously, I'm a huge fan of the BG series (otherwise, why would I be here?). Therefore, I waited with bated breath for 11/28/2012 and the money in my bank account to pay for it (wouldn't consider pirating a project this cool). Unfortunately, I couldn't get the game to run except extremely choppy and slow the first day and a half that I played it. I decided to visit the BG: EE forums to find out what I could.
Already, I could see the developers were taking this issue seriously. There were multiple threads devoted to performance issues, and Nathan and many others were updating with posts about tweaks and fixes on a regular basis. I began wading through the fixes one by one: changing the .ini code, updating my graphics driver, and having the game run in Windows 95 compatibility mode. My PC requested a restart after updating my Intel driver update, and FINALLY (thank Bhaal) I got it to work smoothly.
I am now eagerly awaiting a return to my adolescence. BG came out in 1998 when I was 12-13 years old. I spent many hours through high school and college ravaging the Sword Coast and (later) Amn and its surrounding countryside. I can't wait to do it again.
I thought I'd give a shout-out to the developers and community about addressing problems with the Intel/Nvidia drivers. People here are (mostly) patient and polite, and are working together to help get this problem sorted out. I know there are still many fans having problems, and I hope you can get it fixed. It would be great to have this issue patched to make the necessary changes more user friendly, but I appreciate the help it took to guide me through the process of getting my PC to run it.
Go for the eyes, Boo! Go for the eyes! RAAAAGHHHH!
