Forum bug (probable IPv6 problem)

Hi,

the forum has a nasty but which prevent it to be used under some particular networks.

I've experienced two identical failures while
- registering as a new user
- replying to a private message

The error is always:
LastIPAddress is 6 characters too long.
InsertIPAddress is 6 characters too long.

IMHO, this has a lot to do with IPv6 networks which makes a DB update failing while trying to record the source IP address.
