Ankegs and armor (possible spoilers)

Will the Beregost smithy still buy as many ankeg shells as you offer (one at a time) prior to you asking him to make the armor or has this been "fixed" so that you only get one chance to either sell or make the armor?

    he will buy as many as you can carry to him. (And with him selling for 20000g each i would do the same lol).
