List of all the quests not dissapearing from the quest list after finished

Heya,

lets try to put together a huge ass list of all the quests that you are sure you finished but they are just stuck in your journal. I will update every day. I am aware that this is buggy because quest list feature is a new thing in BG1 but lets try to fix it together because nobody likes a journal full of quests forever just adding up in volume:(

p.s. i am aware that they are players that managed to complete them but some of us are not that lucky

So far list of quests not completing:

Mirriane's Husband = confirmed with multiple players
Investigating the Nashkel Mines = confirmed with multiple players
Rescuing Dynaheir = confirmed with multiple players
Dorn Il-Khan = unsure about this one, it says he will wait at FA Inn, I expect it to be completed
Prism the sculptop = confirmed with multiple players
