Changing Main Character's voice

Decided I didn't want the voice I selected anymore so I tried to change it to the default one and this causes the game to crash. I can change the voice to other voices without any issue but when I select default voice then click 'OK' to confirm the game freezes forcing me to reboot my PC. I've tested this multiple times to see if this is a fluke and it happens every time.

Does this happening to anyone else?
