Does anyone else still have the circles/fog of war problem?

I can't see circles under the characters and my fog of war is all messed up. I tried all of the fixes posted but nothing worked. I'm just wondering if anyone else has the same issue?

    Have you checked that you have the latest drivers for you Graphics card?
    Don't trust Windows Update's graphics drivers, they're not always the latest and greatest. At least not before checking the official site for your card.
