Glad to say that I can run the game smoothly without crashing or freezing. I am super stoked my god.


Couldn't figure out how to get dorn yet.... I wish Neera was less annoying and I feel like I cheated when I dipped into Beregost, took a left and picked up an overpowered Level 2 ranger named Kivan.

Not sure how I'll handle this play through... hmmmmmm. Maybe a no reload challenge..

    As for Dorn. Talk to him and then keeping on playing until you reach the Nashkel mines. ;)

    Kivan isn't overpowred. My STR 19 CON 19 Half-Orc Fighter/Cleric is OP. lol :P

    Speaking of Kivan, did Tazok screw over enough people that you could have a whole party of NPCs that hate Tazok? XD

    Not Tazok personally, but with you having a problem with Sarevok, Kivan hating Tazok, Branwen being Stoned by Tranzig, Xan being imprisoned by Mulahey and Yeslick's mine being ransacked by Daveaorn, you can get a pretty good "we hate the main plot dudes" group.

    Enjoy your game! I know I'm enjoying it again after such a long break from Baldur's Gate. I've restarted already 3 times however because I can't settle on my main character but I think I got it finally right!

    Neutral Evil Human Fighter/Cleric. Because a party without Edwin and Viconia isn't a party!

    I can run the game smoothish for around 10 or 15 minutes then some crashing and freezing ensues. Still much better than a few days ago, at least I can get 10 minute sessions in lol
