Does anyone know where to find a 'Find Familiar' scroll, other than by rolling a mage and starting with it? I was hoping it would be at high hedge, but no dice.

    To be honest i just rolled a mage/thief elf and started with the spell. It is a bit of a game breaker for me (at least early game). My charname got 19 HP in candlekeep. That's even more than Barbarian....Serious OP compared to 7HP without familiar for the same Charname.

    MAYBE (just maybe) it's not available in the shops on purpose :) ?

    Use shadowkeeper to spawn one in inventory... or spawn 999 of em and have never ending coin. The choice is yours.

    Nimbul in nashkel had one (HE attacks int he inn, after you beat the mines) But i dont know if loot is random or not.

    @mixnmatch - I'm familiar with how to use the debug console, but I don't plan on doing that or similar cheating.
