Touch screen controls

I've seen on this video that there are additional buttons in the lower right corner.

One of these buttons seems like the highlight function (TAB) - the function I miss most on my touch screen tablet with Windows 8. Is there a way I can turn these additional buttons on?
I have only two of these four buttons there (the ones that are on the very bottom)
