Dorn leaving when handing in a quest

Current behaviour: Dorn leaves the party every time I hand in a quest and starts his leaving dialogue. Didn't happen when I first got him, but it keeps happening ever since I completed his quest.

Expected behaviour: Dorn shouldn't leave when I hand in a quest.
