Scrolling with mouse wheel does not work for right scroll bar when there are two on one screen

Open any buy/sell screen and if your inventory has enough stuff that you need to scroll it is not possible to use a mouse wheel to do it. You need to click the up or down arrows on scroll bar to move.

Expected behaviour:
Mouse wheel works for scrolling with any scroll bar.

This is with build 2009 installed

    Current Behavior: When using the mousewheel, only the store items (on the left side) will scroll; there is no way to focus on your own items (the right side) to scroll using the mousewheel.

    Expected Behavior: The mousewheel should scroll whichever side the cursor is currently hovering over, OR the mousewheel should scroll whichever side has focus through the last interaction (ie. last mouse click). I like the first one better, but you could make a case for both.

    I am not saying this is not a bug, but, this is the way it is working in the original BG.

    Yea it was in the original but this is supposed to be, you know, the enhanced edition. I am trying really hard to be fair to the teams but every hour I play and and every topic I read on here just further reinforces my confusion as to what the hell the devs were doing.

    Working on the iPad version. What, you aren't playing Baldur's Gate on the iPad? What's wrong with you?!

    Only the left scrollbar can be used with mouse wheel. It should be the last one which was actively used (not just the bar itself but rather the whole column)

    I would prefer scrolling the column where your mouse cursor is hovering.

    Not a bad idea, but I would prefer my way because my windows refelxes. :) (I will test BG2, don't remember how it was)

    Current Behaviour: For some reason when I use mouse Scroll wheel in the shops only shopkeeper's items are scrolled, even if cursor is located above my chars items.

    Expected behaviour: List (of items) to be scrolled should be determined based on the cursor's position. If cursor is located in my character's items zone - this exact list should be scrolled by the mouse wheel, not shopkeepers.
