Game crash after launch

Laptop went, so I'm on an older desktop. Installed fine, when I go to launch, white square in the middle, flickers one and the error comes up, please contact support@baldursgate.com (which you can't email btw, just comes back as a failed email)

Intel Pentium R, 2gb of ram, Win 7 32 bit, Intel(R) 82945G Express Chipset Family.
