Offline Patch

Is there any way to download the patch offline, and install it manually? I have some issues with Internet in my home computer and i REALLY want to play the game, with 60fps and text in Spanish + voices in English.

    Yeah, sorry I can't be of help on the issue.
    The reason no one can download a standalone patch, I'm guessing, is anti piracy precaution.
