I was in such a state of shock that I forgot to screenshot it.

After reloaded I force attacked and killed her with CHARNAME, and went with dorn instead.

That wench is prime justification material for spellhold!

Really? I never get any good ones She changed her color (see my profile pic) and cast a fire ball at some gibberlings when I wanted to magic missile them. Not that I'm complaining, but the fun of a wile mage is the shenanigans.

You had bad luck. Wild Magic is random, and it can just as easily save you. Even with the rerolls it causes, I love having here around just to see what happens!

Problem is luck will get me a win that I could manage myself (thank you). Bad luck will almost invariably end in a reload. Which really is annoying.

I do respect though the idea that some laughs can come out of the some mean wild surges. But frankly, there's plenty of humor around BG already and none of it makes me click the Load Game button.

LOL. Well, I've gone over and over my negative opinion of wild mages in about five other similar threads! So, here, I'll just say to the OP, "Yes, I hear you, and I totally agree."

I don't regret her being added as I cut her stinking heretic rogue psyker head off afterwards (role-playing a chaotic evil CHARNAME).

I hope she gets included in bg2, imagine the inter-npc hilarity that would ensue with her, haerdallis, Jan, minsc and Edwin.
