Save Problem and still crash

Only the "first" save works, all the saves are the same with the first save when loaded.
For ex
1. save at 2 days 10 hours
2. save at 3 days 2 hours, but it still displays "2 days 10 hours"
3. and load it....
4. It goes to the gameplay at 2 days 10 hours
and the game still crashs all the time after patched on 12/5
