Notifications re: edited and merged posts

If the contents of a post changes that a person voted on, they can opt in for email notifications so they can re-parse the post and check if they still agree/disagree w/e with what was said. To stop spamming from repeated edits, don't notify more than once per post until the person has signed into the forum again and looked at it.

Might be a bit excessive, but just throwing it in as an idea.

    Ok, I don't think that the world is ready for stuff like this yet. But only the Overhaul guys can say for sure.
