  1. After completing the Phlydia's Book quest in Candlekeep, the quest was not moved to the "Done Quests" section of the Journal. It did, however, disappear from the "Quests" section.
  2. Sometime between training with Obe and getting the An Errand for Fuller quest, it showed up in the "Done Quests" as it originally should have after completing it.
