Some compleated quests are not removed from the 'quest' tab in the journal

I am not sure if this is a bug, or if the journal does not work the why I would expect, but some completed quests appear in both the 'quest' tab *and* the 'done quest' tab. I expect they should be present *only* in the 'done quest' tab once they are done. The quest that I noticed this on was the Prism's bounty quest.

Edit: It looks like what happened was a NPC told be about the quest after I finished it, and that re-added the finished quest to my unfinished quest tab :(
