I've finished alla about this voices; some of them re-activate as I spoke with someone about it (maybe is necessary a control over finished quest?).
I can only get to the ground floor and the floor below that (kobolds). I found an open doorway with light coming from it, I guess it leads to the next level down, but it doesn't work.
