Is it possible to change font size yet?

Sorry, there are probably several topics on this already, but I am simply tired of hopelesly browsing the forums without finding a specific answer so I want to know. Is it possible to increase font size in BG:EE yet? If yes - how?

    Not as far as I know, no. There was a font mod for Baldur's Gate 2 but it doesn't work with the Enhanced Edition.
