Performance Drop since lates patch

Since Patch 3 I've been getting serious performance drops:

1) Low FPS when fighting with multiple enemies
2) Quicksaving (Game freezes for a moment) and Quickloading (Screen turns black for moment), both of which were not present before
3) Navigating the different UI-Menus: Switching from the Inventory back to the game screen, Entering and exiting the main menu, picking up loot, etc.

Overall, I get the impression that the game runs at lower FPS now.

    Hi, i think the developers need more detail to help you? Perhaps what settings you have the game on? And what your system is?

    Also, this is the BG1 ugs, I think it should be in BGEE bugs?
