[Bug/Usability Flags] Specialists are not restricted from casting their opposing school from scrolls
Current behaviour: Specialist mages are not restricted from casting spells from their opposing school from scrolls.
Expected behaviour: Specialist mages should be restricted from casting spells from their opposing school from scrolls.
Games affected: BG1, BGEE.
Notes: Specialists are still prevented from scribing such scrolls. This behaviour was present in vanilla BG1, as there were no usability flags for specialist mages at that stage. (At least, that's what I would surmise, judging from the file structure in NearInfinity.) Scrolls were flagged as appropriate in BG2, however. This looks to be another byproduct of using the BG1 assets.

If there are any outliers, I'm sure we'll pick them up while we plough through the content. Good job.
"When saving against spells within his chosen school, the specialist receives a +1 to saving throws. Similarly, the specialist's enemies suffer a -1 penalty when saving against spells cast by the specialist within his field."
Why? Was it not applying in vanilla BG1?
I will need then 100 gold / item or recruit another wizard?
