I saw in few places that Overhaul haven't made new spell graphics and such because they are not allowed according to their contract. Even thugh, I have noticed that both gas spells and scorching ray have much better graphics then used to be on BG1 or BG2. Can someone explain this? because the gas spells looks really awesome while the web spells is still kinda ugly :S
