Rasaad's Story Quest *Possible Spoilers*

I picked up Rasaad some time ago and have not got anything to advance his quest. I'm in Chapter 5 about to head into Baldur's Gate does it pick up in future Chapters or have I missed something? He has not said a whole lot. Thanks in advance!

    I've had two conversations with Rasaad (including the one about his brother) and have gone to the docks during the day and the night, but nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong?
