Prism bug & Scrolling in Quests

Hi, even though I have finished the Prism quest, the quest is still active.
I wanted to look through Dorns quest so I clicked the "+" and scrolled down. When I got to the bottom the marker stuck there. Even when I reloaded the game and went back, it was still stuck in the same spot. /J
