Question on Find familiar spell.

Controlling the familiar seems a bit lacking. No photo, I do not see why since it looks like a 7th spot is there but never seen it used. So giving it orders during battles can prove difficult if in an area where the little guy gets lost easily. also no script for this guy? Is there a mod or way to make one? just something along the lines like the control one, so the little guy will follow me if I forget to use the select all. Which I do since the rest of the part is on control script so I can turn follow on and off. Just gotten attached to the guy but keep leaving him places silly me.

I remember seeing a mod for it somewhere. I think it gave it scripts and (maybe) a picture. I can't remember where I saw it. Try Gibberling 3 or Pocket Plane, also Socerers Place.

well I like mine, wish i could name him/her. I tried gMinion but could not get it to work.

If you follow these instructions on getting mods to work in BG:EE it should work. It may give you some weird dialogs though, because the dialog.tlk is different. I’m using one of those script sets myself.
