Can someone Help

Im getting annoyed as this is the 3rd fix that hasnt fixed the launcher crash. I am a complete fool with computers so if someone can help me get this game running, be simple.

I have a windows 7 32 bit, asus laptop pc. What do I need to do to make the launcher not crash? Do I need to install something, if so Id like to know what. Also, is there a preferred compatability mode to run in such as windows vista sp1 for my setup?

This is really getting crazy and if I cant fix this tonight, I dont think it will matter anymore. Thanks.

    im going to guess and say that this game is not playable in its current state. I tried contacting customer help line and no answer. I dont think this is worth the aggravation and I dont want my money back. Im going to get tutu fired up if I can, its almost just as good.

    @DKnight did you email support@beamdog.com? Include as much technical details as you can (in your Start menu, hover over Computer and right-click, then select Properties, that will give you a lot of necessary info).

    This will open a support ticket, and they will do everything they can to help you!
