NPC XP/Level Mod?

Is there a mod(TuTu,vanilla, or EE) where once you meet an NPC and let them join you, they start at level 1 but they have the expected experience that they should have when they join you on your level? Does that make sense to you guys? For example, when I meet Imoen at the beginning with a level 6 character, she would be level 1 thief(but have the XP for a level 6 thief) rather than a level 6 thief so that I can decide where to put her skill/proficiency points.

I can't say; I believe there are ways to install a mod over EE, but I'm not sure if it'll work. You may have to wait.

I see. I'll just wait and see if they update it to be compatible with EE... Is that community still active? DX
