BG:EE additions/new items locations?

Is there a thread or a list of new items added to the game (and other additions)? For instance, at the southwest corner of the Cloakwood area with the spider nest I found the 'Baldur's Gate II' +2 scimitar. It'll be good for scimitar users who can't wait to climb Durlag's Tower and don't want to mess with Drizzt.
