I'm stuck in "Getting download info"[solved]

It's been like this for days

Do I have to uninstall the game and reinstall it again? Or there is another way?
I don't have the Beamdog installer, may it be helpful if I try to use it?

    Update: I tried downloading the Beamdog client, but it doesn't even see that bgee is already installed in my pc so it starts downloading it from the start :-/.

    I guess that, if there aren't any other solutions, I'll have to uninstall the game and then re-installing it if I want to play again.
    That's a little disappointing, I wish I didn't try to download the patch :(
