Lack of sticky?

I realise the MP part is still under heavy dev, but is it possible we could at least have one sticky thread, solely about guiding people into getting this to work as it is now (buggy)? I feel if there was a continously updated thread with tips, tricks and guidelines. Maybe it would be easier to get some games running.
