Bought the game in iTunes but can't instal it on my iPad

I bought this game because I was specifically told it would work on an iPad 1. It doesnt because you need io6. How do I get a refund?

    Same problem, i no wana change my Ios to SHITY 6! and now i cant use this game in 5. =(((

    They do state in the requirements that the game requires iOS 6.0 or later.

    If you want a refund I guess you'll have to get in contact with Apple via iTunes. In iTunes you have to go to 'Store' --> 'View Your Apple ID' --> 'Purchase History' --> Show All --> Report A Problem --> Pick the app you have a problem with --> Select your problem from the pull down menu and state your case in the 'Comments' section. Apple will get in touch with you via email.

    Trent just tweeted the following;

    "The version that just passed approvals is limited to iOS6. We still have to work on the iOS5.1 iPad1 support and will update it when solid."

    So it is coming.

    thx. I realy cant change my Ios5, cause it's 100 times better then 6.
    and awaiting game like hell. =(
    will wait new version.
