[Windows] Custom Portraits Crash

Every time I add a new file to Documents / Baldur's Gate - Enhanced Edition / Portraits (while the game is on), I have to restart the client before selecting the new portrait, or it crashes. This happens 100% of the time.

Not a big issue, but worth reporting nonetheless.
