Intel graphic cards - list of drivers

It seems that all those who have managed to update the drivers of their Intel Graphic Cards have improved in-game performance (less lagging).
One of the issues though is that if you go by the manufacturers (in my case Fujitsu) they often tell you that you hacve the latest drivers. And if you try and download from Intel directly, a) it is not always easy to find out which driver is suited for your machine and b) your machine will not necessarily let you run the setup.exe
I was wondering if people that had updated their Intel drivers could kindly post their configuration, Intel Chipset reference and the version # of the driver (or even better, a donloadable link from Intel's site...).
