Can all the human NPCs be dual classed?

    No, there are stat requirements for dual classing. To do so you need at least 15 in the primary stat of your starter class, and at least 17 in the primary stat of the class you're dualing to. So some multi-talented NPCs like Imoen can be dualed from scratch while others can do it with the help of a tome.

    Also of course, not all classes are capable of dual classing, like paladins, sorcerers and monks.

    Only if they have the required stats to do so.

    Currently only Imoen and Shar-Teel can naturally dual class
    Branwen, Xzar, Safana and Dynaheir can all dual class with the necessary tomes.
