Higher spell learning

So with the increased level cap, are we going to have options to learn level 6 spells and such? it only takes a druid 200 000 xp to have level 6 spells, so whats going on with that? are we going to get the full deal, or do like bg 1, and give a druid 2 level 6 spells at level 11, and speaking of that, are enemies going go have more level 6 spells now, maybe even daeveron? he is worth 6 000 xp and yet i took him down with a level 3 or 4 team a couple of days ago, i think he needs some justice for being a level 12 wizard or so, he needs a level 6 spell or two i would think no?

I do hope they restore Druid spell and level progression to how its supposed to be.
