Custom Portrait: Small Portrait list has no scroll function

In the customization section on the character record, when I try to use a custom portrait, I can't scroll through available options in the small portrait selection part of the window. (Medium portrait selection works fine.) There should be a scrolling function in the small portrait selection for the customization window.

    After a few restarts of the game (and removing all but a few of the portrait files in my Documents/Baldur's Gate - Enhanced Edition/Portraits directory), I now have the scroll bar and the ability to scroll with either the middle mouse button or the arrows back. This "bug" mysteriously fixed itself.
