[UI] Better or hidden load-screens, 1. & 2.

1. Since load-times will probably be _much_ quicker on this re-release and on this generation of computers, I think that they should only 'pop-in' if loading is taking more than 3/4 of a second.

    2. Maybe not even have it a screen at all--have it simply show the visual for the current map with the characters having dissapeared through the entryway and not visible on the map. If more than 666 ms elapses, freeze the visual and show a 'busy' or 'loading' animated graphic atop it (small and unobtrusive would be my preference, and perhaps darkening the background slightly).
