Launcher says that i don't have enough space!

I download the game once and worked, and then i tried to update the game, but the launcher freezes! I write to the support, and they say that i have to uninstall everything and re-install the game all over again(i have to download it again). (The person that write back tome has the name "Pdaigle")
I did has he says, and unisntall the launcher and the game, then i re-install the launcher but the launcher still frezzes! I erase the folder in appdata, and then the launcher stars but then it display an error indicating that i don't have enough space in my disc (i have more than 500 gb free). And then the download just paused, if i push to continue download it shows the same error over and over again!
I have the game for a week and i'm unable to play it, please some help!

    I've got the exact same message if I tried to install the game on an USB flash drive (USB 3.0), since I don't want to load my laptop's ssd. Did you find a way to bypass the not enough free disk space?
