[Bug] Drunk Effect completely gone after reload

Current behaviour: If you getting drunk, reload makes wash drunk status away.
Expect behaviour: Drunk effect should be imperishable after reloaded.

    Yeah, it is not completely removed, but repeating the save/load once more, even my most drunken character got sobered up.
