Updates on iPad

Should we re-download all the game for each update on iPad? Cause it's normally what appstore does when updating an app, it just redownloads all the app not just changed bits.

If it's the case, it'll be a pain to redownload 1.7GB everytime.

Until apple implements delta updates for apps, yes.

That would mean those with smaller iPads/space would have to delete the app and redownload, losing our save games? Because we all know, Apple requires you to have double the space of the app being downloaded, so if it already is, that would be 2GB, plus double for the update, so like 6GB of reserved storage for updating?

You don't need the extra space if you download the update on the computer and sync.

    Not everyone has a computer.

@maxpayne69 bring it up with Apple, there is nothing Beamdog can do about it.

It'll come eventually, there were delta updates to some extent in the iOS 6 beta, and the MAS got delta updates in Lion.
