*SPOILERS* Early Black Pits

When you speak to Krancor the Old (Leader of the fifth[?] group) in their cell, any response other than "im just going to walk away" ends with him giving you a scroll addressed to Aluend the Illusionist. Is there any action following this or is it merely a reference im not getting? PS. I've completed the black pits once now soloing and wondering if i can do anything with the scroll (except sell for 60 gp lol) Cheers guys...

    hmmm, i'll have to check it, but can you read the scroll?

    I couldn't find any use for it other than to sell. I assumed it was a joke item.

    hmmm, forgive me for the specuation, but an illusionist would have invisiblity slotted, maybe you need to cast a detect invisible spell to find it and deliver the letter?

    just "To Aluend the Illusionist, Happy Birthday! ,from Krancor"... just bugged me that i hadnt finished something... maybe its just to keep the OCDs busy lol

    maybe, something worth checking out... on my 1st run though i thought it might be another of the 'celled' groups id meet and defeat later...

    EDIT: Just occured to me you probably meant can my CHAR read it, i put it in an item slot and no luck using it or targeting it on anyone...

    grrrr, now i'm going to have to play though again (i don't mine, i LOVE THE BP) and spend forever casting glitterdust/invisiblitly.

    ah well, maybe i'll find something no one else has? woot? :P
