Rasaad's Story Quest Stuck - Seven Suns Building

The informant took me to the Seven Suns bulding. There was some dialogue at the entrance and a fight. I cleared that floor. I did another fight on the second floor. Afterwards no indication of quest advancement except a note found on one of the bodies. This did not trigger anything in my Journal on pick up or cause Rassad to speak.

I know from digging around the forums and the note on the body to go to Cloud Peaks, but even leaving through the correct areas to the south it does not appear to be possible. Is there a way to force the trigger conversation or journal update?

    As far as i know, it takes some time for Rasaad to react. It always triggered for me, after i left the building.

    The cloud peak map is accessible from the Nashkel mine map (only ? Not from the south-est map for sure).

    Yeah, the map exits are a bit confusing.
