extra tooltip info for spells

Aside from the already-mentioned idea of being able to access an information sheet for the spell from the quickbars, I'd like to see several fields filled in with a bit more detail aside from the spell name, for instance, I'd like to be able to see quickly the spell duration, so I can remind myself in what order to cast my buffs in.

    Or an option to order the spells by duration in the quick bar.
