Cadderly appearance?

The Cadderly Bonaduce entry on the Forgotten Realms wikia (http://forgottenrealms.wikia.com/wiki/Cadderly_Bonaduce) sais that "[Cadderly's] favorite accessories are a blue silken cape and a blue wide-brimmed hat with a red band adorned with a porcelaine brooch showing the holy symbol of Deneir"

However, when you encounter him, he's wearing an all-red outfit, with no hat, nor cape. Now it's perfectly reasonable for people to own several outfits, but you also don't see Elminster going around wearing a blue robe...
