Neera missing (no spoilers)

Hey there,

So after playing and exploring a few hours, I decided to go find Neera. I looked up her exact location, but when I arrived, she wasn't there. Is there some sort of time limit to meet her? I had visited the town before but that small patch was ledt unexplored...

Anyone know if this is a bug or something?
